K2 Silencer Skis

The K2 Silencer is a twin-tip, pipe-and-park ski for the aspiring trickster who wants to play the whole mountain. Narrow profile and cap construction let you nimbly crank the skis on edge for a responsive ride. Cap construction envelops the core and internal materials with the top layer of the ski, keeping overall weight light and durability high. Torsion Box design utilizes a Triaxial-braided wood core to create a high degree of responsiveness, forgiveness and energy transfer. Fir core is inherently strong and durable, and it produces a smooth, natural flex. Triaxial braiding wraps an interlocking fiberglass weave around the wood core, providing torsional stiffness, responsive turning and sensitivity. Tip and tail rivets help the skis withstand abuse in the park. Red top sheet with subtle crosshair graphic adds appeal.
