Baseplates also feature B3 gel heel cushioning for superior impact absorption on hard, flat landings. Ergonomic torsion forks on the carbon fiber composite highbacks are lightweight, strong and precise. Tool-free DialFLAD™ (Forward Lean Adjustment) lets you tweak and modify on the fly. Lightweight and easy to use, Living Hinge™ design lets you adjust your forward lean independent of highback rotation. Highbacks feature OTT™ (Over The Top) padding for extra cushioning that won't bite your calf. Easy-to-grab Smooth Glide™ buckles, with chrome-plated aluminum levers, close and release quickly. Ankle straps combine fully encapsulated air padding with minimized strap construction for increased comfort and response with less weight. Adjust the height of the ankle straps at will; up for increased support and down for maximum mobility. Adjustable Gas Pedal™ heightens toe-edge response while reducing toe drag, for total carving enlightenment. Gapless Baseplate Padding™ covers the entire baseplate and Gas Pedal to absorb impact and reduce high-speed vibrations.
