Integrated locking cable (for securing bikes) stores conveniently in the rack's support arms. STL™ hitch lock eliminates rack wobble and locks rack to receiver. Stinger Swinger™ hitch converts quickly from 2" to 1.25" right out of the box. Not recommended for off-road driving; not for use with tandems or recumbent bikes.
