Black Diamond HiLight 2 Tent

This superlight, single-wall tent from Black Diamond is a spacious one-person lounge or a two-person assault-style tent! HiLight provides a nice living space with its steep walls and high ceiling, plus the two-and-a-half pole design is extremely strong. A lean, asymmetrical floor plan allows you to pitch it on couch-sized ledges. Canopy is built with highly water-resistant and breathable Epic™ fabric. Epic is ideal for single-wall tents because of its unique combination of breathability and water repellency. No-see-um mesh window in the side-opening door and the opposite side window promotes cross-flow ventilation. Wide awning over the door and three pole intersections create a stable frame and improve structural integrity. Silicone-impregnated nylon ripstop floor is twice as strong as polyurethane-coated nylon, self-healing and highly tear resistant. DAC Featherlite® poles offer a high strength-to-weight ratio and use extruded construction instead of glued inserts to reduce chance of breakage. Internal skin-tight poles make the tent quiet in heavy winds. Door zippers remain velvety smooth and resist wind; they're treated with silicone to prevent water absorption and freezing. Two interior net pockets hold odds and ends; tie-down points have reflective tape for easy location in the dark. Part of Black Diamond's Superlight series, this tent excels in moderate snow and dryer, nontorrential conditions. Comes with stakes, guylines, stuff sacks, instruction/care cards, a pole information card and a Silnet seam sealer/applicator.
