Performance-cut mummy shape saves weight by reducing girth at shoulders, hips and lower legs. Quantum Expander allows unparalleled versatility; zip it up for a snug, technical fit or unzip it for 8 in. added girth, yielding a roomier bag. Offset quilt construction precludes sewn-through seams and cold spots. Tailored hood with face gasket forms around head to seal in heat. Warmth is optimized through differential cut of shell and lining fabrics, allowing adequate room for the insulation to expand to its full loft. Comfort footbox allows feet to rest naturally, angled out slightly with toes pointing, while fully preserving insulation's loft for maximum warmth. Insulated draft tube (backing the 2-way, full-length zipper) and insulated zipper gusset seal in heat.
