When you're packing along the kitchen sink and more, the women's Kelty Red Cloud 5000 will comfortably haul your gear for a multiday trip or a luxurious overnight outing. The Kelty Red Cloud 5000 is designed to comfortably fit a woman's shape; Cloudlock™ II suspension adjusts for a customized fit. Rip-and-stick adjustment allows the suspension to easily slide up and down on pack's frame to fit torsos of various lengths. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) framesheet and Lightbeam II™ dual aluminum stays provide load support, stability and shock absorption. Ventilated back panel, shoulder straps and hipbelt contour to your body without rubbing or chaffing. Removable, dual-density foam hipbelt features a HDPE reinforcement that evens out pressure against hips for comfort and support. Sternum strap, load-lifter straps and belt stabilizers help balance the load; pulleylike Scherer Cinch™ makes tightening the hipbelt a breeze. Combination panel- and top-loading design provides easy access to all corners of the main compartment. Separate, zippered sleeping bag compartment has external straps for a sleeping pad. Hydration sleeve accommodates a reservoir up to 3 liters (sold separately). Spacious, zippered side pockets and hipbelt pockets, 2 mesh water bottle pockets and a large front pocket with organizer keep all of your essentials handy. Daisy chain, ice-axe loop and lash tabs let you strap on additional gear to the outside of the pack. Removable top lid converts to a waistpack for short forays away from camp. Spindrift collar cinches down over the main compartment to seal out rain and snow. Side compression straps secure and stabilize the load.
