Ample grilling space with over 200 square inches of cooking surface; porcelain-coated cast-iron grill is durable and easy to clean. 11,000 BTU burner output runs on standard propane cylinders that attach easily to grill; burn time of 4.5 hours on low setting, 1.1 hours on high. PerfectFlow™ control system delivers stable heat output by producing a steady flow of fuel, even in high altitude, low fuel or cold conditions. Burner output control knob supplies variable control over cooking temperature; locking knob system ensures system is on or off as desired. Two folding WindBlock™ shields can be oriented vertically to block burner and grill from winds, improving efficiency and reducing cooking time. The shields can be oriented horizontally for convenient side shelves to hold condiments and cooking utensils; top lid also serves as a wind block. Grease management system uses special channels to divert drippings to a removable, dishwasher-safe tray.
