Control light comes on and off regularly to indicate that the temperature is being properly maintained. Control knob makes it easy to dial in the temperature to melt your wax without sending it up in smoke. Built-in heel rest lets you position the iron to cool when you're finished. 120 volts with a 850-watt element.
