Made with a 3 layer waterproof/breathable Entrant� ,a lightweight waterproof/breathable inner tunnel, and a unique all neoprene neck gaskets with a sticky rubber band, sticky rubber bicep gasket. IR also added a zippered semi-dry pocket on the front chest, with an adjustable neoprene waistband. Seam taped throughout.
