G3 Alpinist Skins - X Short

Skinning in the backcountry can be a lot of work—give yourself every advantage with the light, fast and secure G3 Alpinist skins. Tip connector features low-profile hands that pivot to securely fit nearly any ski tip shape. Tip design eliminates the traditional fold-over section at the front of the skin, thereby reducing weight and improving skin retention. Improved synthetic plush provides an excellent compromise between glide and traction, and weighs less than previous models. Laminated tail eliminates the weight of attachment hardware and still features the dependable, adjustable G3 tail connection system. Waterproof treatment keeps skins dry and reduces clumping in wet snow. Nontoxic adhesive sticks to ski base in all temperatures, yet remains easy to peel apart. G3 Alpinist skins are designed to fit the length of your skis right out of the box; however, you may still choose to trim the width. Size X Short accommodates skis 153cm - 163cm in length. Size Long (sold separately) accommodates skis 180cm - 190cm in length. Size Medium (sold separately) accommodates skis 171cm - 181cm in length. Size Short (sold separately) accommodates skis 162cm - 172cm in length. Alpinist skins include a G3 trim tool, G3 Skin Savers and a lightweight storage bag.
