With waterproof protection and durable shells, the women's Outdoor Research Nuance Gloves make an excellent choice for hiking, skiing and backpacking in cold conditions. Durable ripstop nylon shells feature waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® inserts for protection with minimal added weight. Soft-shell stretch fabric around wrists and backs of hands allows for dexterity, increasing comfort and range of motion. Gloves feature a synthetic insulation on the back of the hand; palms are insulated with brushed tricot. Reinforced leather palms and thumbs maintain grip in wet conditions and guard against wear from ropes and ice tools. Progressively curved gloves with box construction ensure a natural, comfortable fit and maximum loft and warmth. DuoCinch™ gauntlet closures with elasticized wrists keep the gloves in place and seals out debris; color-coordinated for easy adjusting: grey tightens, black loosens.
