GPS POD provides accurate speed and distance to the T3 wrist unit with the simple push of a button. GPS POD can be clipped to a belt, waistband or the adjustable arm strap. Wireless chest transmitter provides accurate readings along with an improved strap design for maximum comfort. Based on your personal fitness level (age, gender and weight/height) T3 calculates needed intensity and duration of training to improve your condition. Alarms based on three heart rate limits keep you on track during training; features real-time average heart rate and customizable stopwatch display. Tracks your physiological progress and displays your Training Effect, showing you the cardiovascular benefit of your workout on a 1-to-5 scale. Accurately displays in real time the calories you're burning. Time mode includes 30-lap stopwatch, dual time, date and alarm functions.
