Low stand-over height provides extra clearance between you and the bike should hard riding suddenly kick you off the saddle and pedals. Marzocchi MZ III fork features preload adjustment and 120mm travel to control you through rock-hard landings. Hayes mechanical disc brakes fore and aft provide immediate, responsive deceleration should you reconsider that jump at the last moment. You power the bike through the tried-and-true Truvativ X-Flow crankset, turning the 8-speed, 11-32 cassette in back. Shimano Alivio shifters, C050 front and Acera rear derailleurs provide smooth, consistent shifting through all 24 speeds.
