Unlike other LED lanterns, the Brunton Polaris illuminates the night with natural-looking light instead of the glaring, white light of a typical LED. Superbright 3-watt LED illuminates the campsite with 95 lux; light has a warm orange glow similar to a propane lantern with mantle. Switch between High and Low for desired light output. Innovative reflector design eliminates dead spots in the light transmission. Nonslip rubberized housing provides a sure grip while transporting the lantern.
