Sized a bit smaller than tent floor to prevent pooling of water between tent and footprint during wet weather. Footprint will add approximately 10 to 14 oz. to your pack depending on tent model. Bare Bones Setup: in warm weather, leave your tent (sold separately) behind and use just the rainfly, footprint and poles.
