Sierra Designs Velox 2 is a highly functional ultralight tent with accommodations for two hikers. This freestanding tent has two doors and two 7 sq. ft. vestibules, making it easy to cohabitate with a fellow camper in natural habitats. DAC Featherlight® NSL poles and a swivel hub add to a light, easy-pitching, strong structure. Light yet strong DAC Featherlite® NSL poles use an anodization process that is gentler on the environment than conventional methods. Swift Clips™ make tent setup faster and easier, particularly in high winds. Sierra Designs Velox also shaves weight by using ultralight guyouts, stake loops and vestibule tensioners. Tent Guard with Ultra-Fresh™ treatment thwarts the growth of odor-causing mold, fungus and mildew to extend the tent's life. Eco-friendly Dye-Free Optic White™ canopy brightens up the interior living environment. SuperSeal Floor™ combines the benefits of catenary and bathtub floors; raised side seams are taped for complete waterproofness. PVC-free seam tape reduces the environmental impact of manufacturing this tent. Color-coded webbing makes pitching this tent easier than making your bed! Reflective guyout loops allow night visibility; reflective noiseless zipper pulls are easy to see and eliminate that annoying jingle when it's windy. A multitude of gear pockets keep gear organized and up off the floor.
